Daily use of your watch may result in dirt and grease entering the watch or affecting the surface. Cleaning your watch from time to time is beneficial to maintain its functions and to keep it sealed and protected from moisture and water.
When we clean your watch, the case and bracelet is disassembled by our watchmaker. All parts and pieces are placed in an ultrasonic washer that dissolves grease and dirt. If necessary, some parts may be cleaned multiple times before the parts are blown dry. The sapphire crystal is cleaned before pressed back into the case. The bracelet is reassembled, and the screw threads are applied with locking fluid.
Once the watch is fully assembled, we perform a pressure test to control the seals. If the watch wouldn’t pass, you will be informed and offered resealing service before the watch is sent back.
