BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The watch is opened and the battery is removed and replaced with a new one. The new battery that has a 3-year lifespan.
CLEANING
The case and bracelet are disassembled before being placed in an ultrasonic washer that dissolves dirt and grease. If necessary, some parts will be cleaned multiple times. The parts are then rinsed off and blown dry.
WATER-RESISTANCE TEST AND RESEALING
Prior to reassembling, all seals are removed and then resealed with new ones, no matter how old previous seal are. We recommend resealing your watch every 3-5 years. When testing the watches water-resistance we always perform a pressure test to control that the watch is fully sealed and protected against water and moisture.
