You are entitled to return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return and shipping fees from outside of Sweden are paid by the customer. If returning from within Sweden and within 30 days, shipping is free on the condition that the customer accepts MALM’s choice of shipping company. If the customer wishes to choose an alternative shipping company the cost of the return will be paid by the customer. It is always the customer's responsibility to pursue cases against shipping companies in the event of, for example, damaged, missing, or stolen returns.
Returns after 30 days, if agreed by MALM, will be at the expense of the customer, and may incur additional fees.
Returns require that the product/products, and the packaging from your purchase, are intact. Products purchased directly from our site, malmwatches.com, must be returned and shipped to our address for a refund. Please contact us at email@example.com for information on how to proceed, and to receive a return ticket. These products can not be returned at a local store or at any of our retailers.
If you purchased your MALM product through one of our authorized retailers and have questions about your return, please contact your retailer directly, not MALM.
